What exactly you need

The US runs the Visa Waiver Program: citizens of 42 countries need no visa for trips up to 90 days for tourism or business. Instead of a visa you get an ESTA — an electronic travel authorization.

ESTA — for citizens of VWP countries (Poland, Germany, Czechia, Lithuania and 38 more). A B1/B2 visa — for everyone else (Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, China, India, etc.). ESTA is cheaper and faster but offers less: 90 days, no extension, no right to work or study.

Why through Intel.Viza

$21 yourself or $60 risk-free

01

An English form where it's easy to slip

Many applicants get the security questions wrong — answering «yes» where it should be «no» (e.g. on prior convictions or deportations). One mistake and the ESTA is denied. We fill it for you from your passport data and double-check every question.

02

An ESTA denial = a flag on your passport

If your ESTA is denied, you can't reapply — your passport gets a mark. You'll have to get a full B1/B2 visa at the embassy. That's why submitting correctly the first time is critical.

03

Ready in 72 hours

Leave your email — we send a data-collection form. We fill it out, check the security questions, pay the $21 fee, and obtain the ESTA confirmation. PDF to your inbox within 72 hours.

No. Ukraine is not in the VWP. Ukrainians need a full B1/B2 visa — applying through Intel.Viza starts with a free quiz.

How long is an ESTA valid?

2 years from issuance or until the passport expires (whichever comes first). Each entry — up to 90 days of stay.

How does ESTA differ from a visa?

ESTA is an electronic authorization, not a stamp. It grants no right to work or study. Tourism/business only, up to 90 days. Not extendable.

What if my ESTA is denied?

It means your profile didn't pass the automatic check. You'll have to apply for a full B1/B2 visa at the US embassy.
